1. Keep the branding of the company, colours, fonts and logo.
2. Have a second set of eyes take a look at your post.
3. Use organic pictures of your own people or team members where possible
4. Include some text inside an image as oppose to just an image. 20% of the text can be inside the image and the rest can go around it.
5. The text outside your image should be short and direct to the point.
6. Do polls, questions, and raffles with your posts, involve your viewers.
