On this episode of Rock'N Vino we sit down with acclaimed super chef Douglas Keane, who gained acclaim through the Michelin star-rated Cyrus in Healdsburg as well as appearance on Top Chef Masters. Keane became disillusioned with the allure of 'celebrity chef' culture and now focuses his time on his long running Healdsburg Bar & Grill and Roadhouse 29 restaurants, places where he can focus his energy simply on feeding people. Keane's is currently working on a memoir on his career as a chef and his experience in the industry.
