Hey monkiis,
On this episode I talk about a little 'Micro-Misogi' that went down for me this past Friday. I climbed a route on the Diamond which is a ~1,000 foot vertical wall on the east face of Longs Peak. It was really challenging me me and definitely pushed me beyond my limits. However, it was also very eye-opening and open my imagination to what might be possible. This is exactly what the Misogi is for! Please enjoy.
