Be inspired to reflect on the excess in your life, let go and gain more!
In this one-on-one discussion, Kelly and Lauren answer your responses to their questions: “what do you find difficult letting go of?” and “what is one area of excess that you are working on but feel stuck?”
Coming from Kelly and Lauren's own research and experiences, together they share how to let go of memorabilia, sentimental items, greeting cards, gifts you don’t need, just in case items, expensive items that aren’t selling, excess kitchen stuff and office supplies, and the junk in junk drawers!
Plus, they take a deep dive into the topic of relational clutter, specifically how to let go of or manage friendships that are no longer serving you.
This is part one of a two part Q&A discussion. Stay tuned for part two where they share their responses to their question, “Ask Us Anything!" It's especially a fun one, so please stay tuned…
