Ep #38 - In this week's episode we discuss emotional self-regulation. Feelings and emotions will ALWAYS be caused by your thoughts and when those thoughts are confused as facts instead of the opinions they actually are, that is when we can begin to spiral down the rabbit hole in our own minds. This spiraling of emotions can and usually will alter your actions and behaviors and leave you dealing with results that are unfavorable.
Using your values as the baseline of how you should act and respond to your thoughts and emotions will put you in a positive state of mind and ultimately lead you down the path that best serves your highest purpose - and will definitely help you beat the overwhelm you feel in college (and life) thus guiding you toward the success you desire.
