Andrew Loring, 32 years old, shares his fitness journey on the podcast today. Andrew and his wife have 3 little girls and are originally from Maine. He had no ties to Texas A&M and moved down to College Station and joined the faculty at Texas A&M in the Mays Business School. Andrew states in his interview that he doesn’t approach fitness like many others in that he doesn’t aspire to accomplish a futuristic goal. He works out because he needs to. Working out gives him fuel for the day. It motivates him and gives him clarity. His words exactly are, “Working out gives me what I need to exist on a daily basis.” His perspective is powerful. Adopting some or all of his perspective when it comes to your fitness might be exactly what you need to get you through this time of having to stay home. Enjoy!
