Terrence Murphy would workout for 3 hours and catch 1000 footballs before lunch when he was in college. He had an incredible career at Texas A&M as wide receiver then went on to play for the Green Bay Packers. He embodies grit and self discipline. Being an athlete all of his life made hitting the gym easy when it complimented his sport. But after his football career was over he had to find a way to work health and fitness into his life "post" football career.
