Meet Nate, he is 39 years old. He runs and operates AggieLand Scuba here in College Station. He joined the gym for the 6 WK challenge. He saw great results from it and is doing the 6 Week Challenge again after COVID to help him reach his goals and maintain accountability. Nate gives great examples of how it really helps to take some time out of your busy schedule to care for yourself.
