Why Be An Optimist is the question I ask of you today. Have you ever thought about this question? I believe there are many reasons to be an optimist, although I think many individuals may not feel they have a choice. Life Is Valuable
Living in the moment helps you realize that life is worth living. Once you discover that you can be content and grounded in this very moment, you realize that life can give you pleasure if you allow yourself to welcome mindfulness into your life.
Positive Thoughts Feel GoodMindfulness helps you identify what you are thinking – once you do, you realize that positive thoughts feel good.
Gratitude Pumps Me UpGratitude is part of mindfulness and gratitude helps me feel positive, happy, and optimistic. After a one-hour run while doing self-hypnosis, I feel energized and eager to face the world.
Optimists Attract OptimistsOptimistic people don’t usually want to be around pessimistic people. Optimists seek out each other and as a result they prosper and find ways to thrive.
Be Happy NowMindfulness teaches us to Be Happy Now. Being happy is comfortable, cozy, relaxing, less stress than other mindsets, and just plain feels good.
