I don't know about you- but I am REALLY tired of hearing the term self-care thrown around. I would love to spend the day at the spa and get massages weekly- BUT this is not realistic (for most of us). This isn't what self-care really is. Some of us are at self-triage and need to get to a point of balance so we can even start to consider what self-care for us looks like. The truth is we don't value our worth enough to put in the time and resources to invest in ourselves. Today I want to talk about what taking care of yourself really means and get you thinking about your priorities. Not to guilt you or shame you- but to let you see that we NEED you. The people around you need you at your best. That means investing in yourself. Let's dive in to understand the real meaning of self-care.
