Movement and nature are a fundamental part of our biological design. Without them, there is a major gap in our functional health. Although we've evolved to survive without a physical connection to nature we cannot thrive without it.
In this week's episode, join me as I interview Dr. Melissa Sundermann who is a plant-based physician double board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 20 years.
I'm sure you didn't want to miss this!
