Gene Trowbridge Esq., CCIM is experienced in the commercial and investment real estate market. As a syndicator, he sponsored 16 funds while raising money through the SEC brokerage network. He was a senior instructor for CCIM courses for 40 years. At age 45, he went to law school and is now the managing partner of Trowbridge Sidoti LLP. He and his law partner have authored securities offering documents for over $3.8 billion of equity raised since 2014.
Tyler and Gene’s discussion focused on the benefits of mentorship, with Gene explaining his business model of education-based marketing to attract customers, then delivering on a one-to-one basis to build long-term relationships.
