This shortened express version of the 90 min Bikram Style 26/2 ( Twenty Six Postues and 2 Pranyama breathing exercises ) makes the most of the timing using flow sequences to get 2 sets of important postures into the class such as Half Moon Sequence, Much of the Standing Postures, and Most of the Floor postures. There is still a 2 minutes Savasana between Standing and Floor Postures.
After attempting many versions of a shortened 60 min class, this hits all the high points and gives a great Hatha Yoga Session.
