"Gaining weight is unhealthy, and losing weight will make you healthier." "If I gain weight, then I won't be attractive (and no one will like me and I'll die alone)." "Gaining weight means you've 'given up on yourself,' 'let yourself go,' or 'gotten lazy.'"
These are not true and in this episode, Mary explains why.
