In episode 67, Jacqueline and Kevin talk about the importance of mental health. Jacqueline discusses her struggles with her weight, body dysmorphia and loose skin. She opens up about the stigma that surrounds eating disorders especially in people in bigger bodies. Jacqueline shares how she was struggling and begging for help, and she was always told to just lose weight. Jacqueline and Kevin talk about the importance of mental health and how it is ok not to be ok all of the time. And that sometimes we have to fight for ourselves enough so we can be heard. Because we all matter, our feelings matter and we all deserve to get the help we need. Not just physically, but mentally as well.
