Let’s Talk About Mental Health
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
You need to take a break. Seriously. Your mental health depends on it!
Knowing when to rest and recharge is essential, because pushing yourself too hard will lead to exhaustion, stress and even burnout. It’s impossible to understate the importance of taking regular breaks; taking time off to rest and recharge helps you to deal with challenges better (like work stress) and creates better work life balance, plus taking time to recharge helps you feel better about yourself and will improve your mental health (and it’s a big part of how to avoid burnout).
In this video I’m sharing tips to take a break without guilt, especially since feeling guilty about taking a break can make it hard to unwind and relax. So, let’s talk! 😃
Let’s Talk About Mental Health. Making mental health simple.
