Mindfulness offers us all a useful and insightful approach to overcoming the difficulty when facing change. If we can find a deep sense of calm in the mind, creating headspace to allow change to happen we fall into alignment with ourselves and our lives. Every time you come back to the present moment you fall back in touch with awareness, which one realised is free and full in each and every moment.
