Masking pain is all-too-common in our society, especially when it comes to intense emotional pain. Why? Because processing your emotional pain and learning how to process trauma in a healthy way takes hard work and determination.. and, frankly, it’s almost easier for a lot of people to just suppress it or pretend its not there. But that doesn’t work… and quite often things can get worse before they become better.
Understanding your emotional pain and work through the after-effects of issues like rejection or emotional abuse involves confronting your emotional pain and then taking steps to address it… and in this video I’m helping you to get started on that journey. So, let’s talk.
