Our culture and society have normalized some of the most ridiculous mindsets and things if you take a moment to pause and think about some of the things that our society deems as "normal" it's almost dumbfounding. I hope after today you see how society has brain washed us women and mamas to view our bodies, our capabilities, and what life is just supposed to look like once you hit a certain age or phase in your life.
