Weight Loss Made Real: How real women lose weight, stop overeating, and find authentic happiness.
Education:Self-Improvement
If you’ve been listening to my podcast for a while, or if you’re in my Freedom Group, you know that becoming a natural eater is not a quick fix.
It takes time, effort, and strategy. So, during the process, it’s normal to go through ups and downs. Sometimes you might feel frustrated because you’re not seeing results, even though you think you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do.
If you’re feeling this way, keep listening. You might discover that you’ve been overlooking two key strategies, or ingredients, that could make all the difference.
You’ve probably felt the special kind of frustration that comes with a failure in the kitchen when you’re cooking. When all you have to show for your hard work is an unappetizing mess, you might want to throw your spatula against the wall and toss the food you were working on!
There are, of course, many reasons why you could get unappealing results even if you follow a recipe. But I’ve found that it’s often because one or more ingredients were accidentally left out.
Now, you know where I’m going with this, right?
Here’s the deal: Becoming a natural eater is a lot like following a recipe. To get the result you want, you need to make sure that you’ve included all the ingredients.
You probably are, for the most part, following the recipe closely. You’re learning about and trying to follow the strategies that I talk about that lead to lasting weight loss.
But if you’re still unhappy with your results, you’re probably missing a couple ingredients. And they could be the same ones that many of my clients overlook.
So, let’s talk about these two ingredients, and how to add them to your recipe so your results turn out according to plan. Join me for your coaching session!
