After a two-year hiatus I’m back with the goods!
In this episode I talk about those people who get too involved in your life. You know the ones that offer advice even when you didn't ask for it.
We will cover why these people might be attracted to you, different types of meddling and the importance of setting boundaries to keep these meddlers at bay.
I’ll share some stories, too, like the time my meddling in a family argument backfired big time.
To kick off the release of my first podcast under "Not Your Average Counsellor," one lucky person will win a FREE 1:1 online or in-person session* with me. Want to be in the running? It's easy! Just share my podcast on your socials, make sure to tag me (that gets you one entry), or leave a review, snap a screenshot of the review, and share it on your socials (that's three entries!) before 5pm on Tuesday, 21st of November 2023.
Also make sure you pop yourself on the #memyselfandi Mastery Program Waitlist here.
I hope you enjoy this episode! Let me know, share your thoughts on stories and tag @veevincitherapist
If you aren’t following me on the socials, I invite you to join me on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
