It’s easy for human beings to get stuck in patterns. Our brains love routine and habit. The problem is that many of us can get stuck with unhealthy habits and wiring without even knowing it.
Patterns drive our subconscious decisions, meaning we are not fully aware of the driver – we just end up at the destination. Nothing highlights this more than relationships.
In this episode I’ll discuss patterning with a focus on relationships and how these patterns end up dictating the kind of people we have relationships with, how we interact with them and how we let them treat us.
