After Julie and Lisa discuss how they are living their best pandemic life, they welcome track and cross country coach, Kellie Redmond, who is also the owner of T.E.A.M. Fit, through which she currently offers live strength training classes via Zoom. Kellie is a NASM and IDEA certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Kellie has displayed a lifetime passion for health and fitness majoring in exercise physiology, with emphasis on cardiac rehab, and working at a fitness center throughout high school and college. Kellie worked for Ford Motor Company upon graduation and assisted employees with their fitness programs and healthy lifestyles.
In 2005 Kellie carried this passion to the Wootton High School Track and Cross Country program. Since being at Wootton, Kellie has created one of the top programs in Maryland, compiling 5 Coach of the Year awards as well as numerous County, Regional and State Track and Cross Country awards.
Kellie has also been a runner for most of her lifetime and competed as a division I track and cross country runner and shares her tips for running healthy for a lifetime and how to approach running in every decade..
