Harry was born with Cerebral Palsy affecting all four limbs, however that has stopped him pushing his limits and competing in sports. Alongside his coach Jay, he recently successfully completed HYROX Manchester.
We discuss his journey, how the HYROX went and also what HYROX is like as an adaptive athlete. We also find out more about Jay’s history as a HYROX athlete and the upcoming Synchro Games in Lancashire.
