The Fundraising Talent Podcast
Business:Non-Profit
Covid-19 has now consumed more than an entire year of our personal and professional lives. In addition to everything else that was already on our plates, we have now spent the last twelve-months wrestling over the safest and most effective ways to interact and convene with the rest of the world. I suspect we have all had moments of panic similar to those that Michelle and her associates helped their client navigate through last year as the pandemic began looming over every inch of our daily lives. The silver lining in this conversation with their client was that it gave Michelle and her team an opportunity to develop a unique service offering for nonprofit organizations that unexpectedly find themselves in the midst of rapid change.
After comparing notes about our recent experiences, Michelle introduced us to the Pivot Plan™, an integrated roadmap that allows nonprofits to shift their strategies and ensure mission fulfillment during times of disruption. Unlike a strategic plan, the Pivot Plan™ is a swift strike designed to be executed in one week.
