Covid-19 has now consumed more than an entire year of our personal and professional lives. In addition to everything else that was already on our plates, we have now spent the last twelve-months wrestling over the safest and most effective ways to interact and convene with the rest of the world. I suspect we have all had moments of panic similar to those that Michelle and her associates helped their client navigate through last year as the pandemic began looming over every inch of our daily lives.
