Chris Hager, 36 years old, shares his fitness journey on the BBP podcast today. Shortly before starting CrossFit he was making a run at America Ninja Warrior. If you know Chris that shouldn’t surprise you :) Chris is very athletic and VERY fast. He has a motor and has the ability to shut off any signals of pain towards his body in a workout and just go. Today he shares a little bit about that and also how much CrossFit has humbled him. His story will inspire you and you will definitely learn a little about him you probably didn’t know. Enjoy!
