The FORD Method in Real Estate. No, not the car company, but an actual method for talking to your clients to build a better relationship with them. FORD stands for Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Dreams. People like to talk about themselves so using this method builds a better bond with your client. Watching tonality, gestures, body language, and just listening are a great way to build that relationship and use this method. Do not make the conversation about you.
