Matthew McGarr, 50 years old, shares his fitness journey on the podcast today. He has been doing CrossFit a little over four years and says this is the longest he has ever stuck with any program. He has great insight on how to approach the various complexities that these types of workouts present in terms of scaling, mobility and skill. His insight on asking for help and preventing injuries is very helpful for people who are just starting out. Matthew is one of the most encouraging and uplifting people you will meet. His story will inspire you to stay committed to your workout plan no matter how much progress you feel like you are making. He reminds us how to measure progress which is sometimes not the way we think. Enjoy!
