Shane Melanson simplifies commercial real estate investing for highly paid professionals and business owners. Shane is a commercial developer in Calgary, having completing more than $65M in real estate projects, and helping his clients buy and sell more than $260M of commercial real estate. He has invested in projects across Canada and the southwest U.S. Today, Shane works from home, to spend time with his wife Kelly and take his three kids to school (most days). His most recent book is Club Syndication: How the Wealthy Raise Capital and Invest in Commercial Real Estate.
