Living Unbroken: Developing Trauma Resilience with Michael Anthony

Michael is also the author of the best-selling book, Think Unbroken: Understanding and Overcoming Childhood Trauma. He discusses the importance of approaching this healing with compassion for the experiences that you had and the importance of understanding that you are not to blame for the bad things that happened to you.
