The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
In episode 9 we talk about why we think being proud of your weight loss is ok. We dig a little deeper and talk about Jacqueline's experience with celebrating and shaming weight loss as well as why we think you absolutely should be celebrating your victories. We strongly believe that when you are using weight loss as part of a journey to better health, fitness, and overall wellness that it is very important to celebrate it. We also believe that celebrating weight loss if that is your only goal can be a slippery slope that sometimes leads to bigger problems. Ultimately we think that it is important to listen to your body, your needs, and your situation to make the choices that are best for you. We think that anything too extreme can be dangerous and celebrating steps along a journey can help to keep you motivated and to continue on a path to success. We hope that you find a helpful bit of information that you can apply to your own life and situation and use that to reach for that goal that you never believed that you can achieve. It's never too late to fly! Go get whatever it is that you want to accomplish!
Thanks for listening!!
