The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
In episode 19 we talk about and discuss the topics of guilt and shame. We talk about how your thought process and your moral code determines how/when you feel guilty. We talk about how there are times that guilt can be a good thing but how when these feelings of guilt and shame surround food or exercise or your mental health and well being that can become harmful or dangerous. Jacqueline shares some tips that she has been using to cope with the guilt she sometimes feels from her food choices. We talk about how it is important to love yourself no matter what so that you can move on from your past choices and decisions. When you allow those feelings to dominate you you stay stuck in that negative place. It is important to learn to use positive self-reflection and forgiveness so that you can continue on the path to reaching your goals. We hope you enjoy this episode and look forward to any feedback that you would like to share.
