Main focus:
Chakras are like swirling wheels of energy throughout your body. The goal is to keep them open and aligned so we can feel at our best. Listening to our body’s signals and clues are the best way to tell if our chakras are out of balance. Movement and yoga are beneficial when it comes to riding the stagnant energy in our chakras.
