Therefore, it is the intentional healthy choices we can begin to make TODAY that will add up over time, to help us reach our goals. Tiny choices create big changes if we are diligent and determined!

· Look at ways to begin creating a plan to reach your goals.
· Identify what we need to focus on if we want our daily choices to be healthier ones.
If we want to make a real
difference in our lives, we need to step up,
take control of our actions,
and focus on what we can change.
