Research associates gratitude with multiple individual benefits, including physical and psychological health, increased happiness and life satisfaction, decreased materialism, and that more grateful people are generally healthier in their lives🙇🏽♀️🤔

Seriously, my people, 𝘢 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵
In finding #emotionalwellbeing and #mindhealth, I teach #gratitude as an act of freeing the mind. In this episode, I use the power of that simple act to answer one of your precious questions, like I have done for many others preceding this one. I used the opportunity to share my gratitude as an illustration of true therapy for cleaning out the mind, especially when in stressful circumstances, but also, as a daily routine.
You see, we all need some free doses of oxytocin, endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin. These are all the "feel-good" hormones (also called "happiness" hormones), and can you imagine releasing all of them at once in one instinct🥳🥳
That's the power of gratitude 💪🏽
