The 10 min squat challenge is a great way for you to improve your ankle, knee and hip mobility and improve your ability to squat full depth. This challenge is beneficial for anyone, even those who do not squat. Everyone can benefit from improved range of motion and having good strength. If you look into tribes and cultures without chairs, they can all squat to depth and do regularly. Due to modern society and comforts we have lost that ability and it affects us greatly.
