This week we are crossing the pond to chat with Sofia and Britt about running in Washington DC. Both originally come from a background in OCR and met on Discord during the pandemic. Since 2022, Sofia has concentrated on ultra runs and Britt has moved into the weightlifting space. However, they were interested to see what HYROX is all about so took part as a Women’s Doubles team at the recent Washington event.
Listen to find out how they got on, whether they will do another HYROX and more importantly how their experience can help you prepare for your next event.
