Jeff wraps up season 5 of Rethink The Way You Sell with some powerful lessons on personal and professional growth. There are a lot of people out there a lot of sellers out there who are blinded by their own potential. They get into selling because they know that like you can make a lot of money you can do some really cool stuff. You can't lose sight of the person you are right now. And you can't lose sight of the connection between who you are right now and why you want to pursue greatness, whatever that means to you.
But if you trust in the knowledge that you're the best in the world at what you do AND you know the really scary part which is that you're only half as good as you're ever going to be then you're heading in the right direction. If you can't get behind that then you're doing the wrong thing for the wrong reasons.
