Ronnie Hanson, 31 years old, shares his fitness journey on the podcast today. Ronnie started working out in high school. He became very passionate about fitness which led him to becoming a personal trainer a few years later in Corpus Christi. Over the course of 6 years Ronnie went from 165 pounds to 225 pounds. His commitment to working out and a disciplined nutrition plan led him to gaining the right type of weight. He shares some of the specific ways he was able to put on the weight.
