Join Kelli and Erica as they chat about "woke" worrying. Is "woke" worrying a legitimate term? Probably not, we're pretty sure we made it up in this episode. All humans worry, and while some of us have honed this skill more than others (your co-hosts included), we can bring some awareness, intention, and deliberateness (aka woke-ness) to worrying to take the edge off the struggle.
