Hannah Cook is 22yrs old, she is graduating from Texas A&M this December. Hannah in this podcast shares her story starting in High School during Senior year. Her mom inspired her and helped her develop healthy workout habits. Just in her senior year Hannah lost 35lbs. As she got into college she understandably found it hard to maintain those habits. After finding BoomFit and deciding to make a change again, she has accomplished great feats and enjoys feeling healthy along with gaining an enthusiastic approach to fitness.
