If you wake up and scroll, or click, or flip then there is a very good chance you are starting your day off in a way that could dramatically shift your attitude and energy for the rest of the day.
You will know what is working for you and what is working against you. Just check in with your body and if you feel anxious and stressed...then you are primed for a shifting and changing of your morning routine.
