It's been a minute, but it's good to be back on the mic. I wanted to start by addressing the latest Stoic Kickstarter update and give a little more context. Bottom line is that we hear your concerns and frustrations. Please trust and believe in us to deliver the best version of Stoic.
Training Update: It's full-on adventure season here in Colorado. My training has shifted to supplement and complement the outdoor pursuits I'm getting into. I've lowered volume but kept intensity relatively high. I've also started some climbing-specific finger strength training done in a sort of grease-the-groove style. It seems to be working pretty well thus far.
