Beth Garza is a wife, mother of three and 39 years old. She is excited to turn 40 and has embraced health and fitness the majority of her life. She found CrossFit one year after the birth of her oldest son, Ben, and has been hooked ever since. She did CrossFit through her next two pregnancies and has continued to remain consistent in the gym. Beth moved here from Colorado in the summer and she was quick to find a new gym. She has been a member of multiple gyms and continues to learn new things. Her story speaks to the effectiveness of the CrossFit program and the community. Enjoy!
