Ha estado haciendo cambios en su vida para mejorar su salud durante el último año. Su propósito número uno al hacer estos cambios es vivir el mayor tiempo posible para su familia, incluso si eso es simplemente un día más.

Rudy Sorto is 37 years old. He is a husband and a father of two precious kids. Originally from Honduras and first traveled to the USA in 2012.
He has been making changes in his life to better his health for the past year. His number one purpose for making these changes is to live as long as possible for his family, even if that is simply one extra day.
His story reminds us that we have to continue to challenge ourselves to succeed at anything in life even if that means getting uncomfortable. Rudy is very positive and his story will inspire you.
