Larry Hollingsworth, is 53 years old. Today he shares his incredible journey of juggling the ebbs and flows of life and working towards progressing in physical fitness. Larry began his fitness feats in 2005 till 2007; during which he lost an incredible 100lbs (beginning at four hundred pounds and then cutting down to 295lbs). After suffering a terrible car crash he was thrown off kilter for almost thirteen years. Just a few months ago Larry clicked on a weekly BoomFit newsletter email, met with Charlie, then began his adventure back. He successfully lost 24lbs on the 6-Week Challenge and since has continued to shave off weight. He is a wonderful example that anyone can bounce back from years of being out of habit, along with showing the importance of maintaining the habit to ensure time doesn’t slip away.
