Jeff Carouth, 34 years old, joined our gym a little over two months ago. He was 342 pounds and needed guidance and accountability to make the necessary changes in his life. Like most he fell victim to all of the temptations that exist nutritionally and fell out of working out completely. With the support of his nutrition coach on the 6-week challenge Jeff went on to lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks! Jeff feels amazing. He has continued to lose weight after his 6-week challenge and is now below 300 pounds which was a goal of his by the start of the new year. Jeff has a new perspective now.
