Emma Bray is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, meaning she teaches both floor and equiptment based Pilates. She also holds diplomas in both counselling and nutrition.
In this episode we explore what Pilates actually is and how it differs from Yoga. We address some misconceptions that surround Pilates and look at how we can benefit from this movement methodology. We look at why you probably don't have inactive glutes and why your core isn't shot to pieces. We also talk about the positive relationship between physical activity and mental health.
