Adam Daniel is an international fitness presenter and educator. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the RFU (Rugby Football Union), having had England trials himself. He was ranked 5th in the world as a junior 400meter hurdler. And he now represents Gret Britain as an age group cyclist.
